Cotton phenolic product (REZOTEX)

Cotton phenolic product is an electroinsulating material which belongs to the laminar group obtained through several cotton woven fabrics compaction in an increased temperature impregnated with a phenolic resin. Cotton phenolic product is self-lubricating, self-lapping, silent-running, and soil resistant. It is characterized by unique stability as far as a wide range of temperature is concerned. Cotton phenolic product is widely used in bearings, slide sleeves, rolling bearing baskets, packing rings, guides, rolling elements, gear wheels and toothed rings, pipe bends, and other construction elements from which reliable and self-acting work is needed.
It is available in the form of plates with dimensions of 1000 x 1000 mm (optional 1000 x 2000m), as well as in bars and sleeves.
