Sema FA 200 G gasket sheet is a composite of synthetic fibers and heat-resistant mineral fillers, binded with special nitrile elastomer. The material was made using eco-friendly method without the addition of solvents. Unique finishing of the gasket sheet provides excellent anti-adhesive properties. Gaskets cut out from the SEMA FA 200 G are characterized with tightness and a low creep level at increased temperatures. Gasket sheets meet the requirements according to economic PVRC tightness. Thanks to the WATER JETTM technology we are able to perform even the most precise gaskets of any material. Ready-made gaskets are characterized with clean cut edges, as they are cut with an unprecedented precision. Cutting profiles from steel, aluminum, rubber and plastics, in turn, is possible through a technology that provides fast execution of complex three-dimensional details.
